This international gathering hosted health ministers, regional delegates, and key healthcare stakeholders from across West Africa to make critical policy decisions for the region. Amitouch delivered end-to-end event infrastructure, including high-definition LED video backdrops, stage and ambient lighting, precision multi-channel audio for seamless speech clarity, and structured delegate seating.

An international diplomatic summit leaves no margin for error. The primary challenge was coordinating multi-speaker panel presentations, strict VIP arrival protocols, and multi-language interpretation feeds without any technical delays or sound dropouts. Our technical crew deployed redundant backup audio lines, balanced stage acoustic coverage across the entire grand ballroom, and kept real-time technical oversight throughout the plenary sessions. The conference concluded without a hitch, meeting the rigorous standards expected by ECOWAS delegates and international health agencies.
