Bringing together top health dignitaries, development partners, academic researchers, and national nutrition policymakers, the high-level unveiling required a polished, professional conference setting. Our team managed full-stage construction, crisp presentation LED video walls, clean line-array sound distribution, and structured hall logistics to ensure an impactful national launch ceremony.
Launching a landmark national data report requires presenting complex findings, statistical charts, and video documentaries with complete visual and acoustic clarity. Our main task was to ensure that every attendee across the large auditorium could clearly view detailed survey slides and hear every keynote address without echo or distortion. We configured high-resolution, glare-free LED screens for readable data presentation, deployed calibrated microphone setups for both the podium and floor Q&A sessions, and maintained continuous technical oversight to keep the ceremony moving strictly to time. The launch ran without a single hitch, receiving warm recognition from the organizing committee and health partners.
